Selection of permanent magnet servo motors for communication:
When choosing a servo oil pump, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the pressure, displacement, and type of the oil pump. Generally, the pressure of the oil pump must be greater than or equal to the system pressure P1 (kg/cm2), and the displacement of the oil pump per revolution is: l (ml/rev)=Q (L/min) × 1000/Vmax (r/min). According to actual production needs, after selecting both pressure and displacement, the type of oil pump can be chosen based on different usage characteristics. The vane pump is not among the selected types because its normal operation requires a certain speed support, while the speed of the servo motor is very low under high pressure, making it difficult to meet the requirements.
 
When choosing an AC permanent magnet servo motor, special attention should be paid to the motor's characteristic curve. When the motor speed exceeds the rated speed, the motor torque gradually decreases as the motor speed increases. When the speed exceeds 150% of the rated speed, the motor torque shows a sharp decrease trend. Therefore, this speed cannot be used as the working speed of the servo motor, and its maximum speed should be 140% of the rated speed. It should be emphasized that servo motors work best near their rated speed. When the speed exceeds the rated speed, the current will increase sharply, which is not conducive to energy conservation.
