Calculation formula for torque and speed of cycloidal motor
Regarding the calculation of torque and speed for hydraulic motors:
Calculation of torque: T=(P * Q/6.28) * η
P: Unit of pressure difference between the two oil ports of the motor: megapascal q: Motor displacement unit: milliliter per revolution T: Torque unit: Newton Meter η: Mechanical efficiency, usually taken as 0.8. Example: The pressure difference between the two oil ports of the motor is 12MPA. The motor displacement is 200 ML/R. The actual torque of the motor is approximately: T=(12 * 200/6.28) * 0.8=305N. M
Calculation of rotational speed: S=(Q * 1000/q) * v
Q: Flow unit through motor: liters per minute
q: Motor displacement unit: milliliters per revolution
S: Motor speed unit: revolutions per minute
V: Volume efficiency, generally taken as 0.93
Example: The flow rate through the motor is 53L/MIN. The motor displacement is 200 ML/R. The actual speed of the motor is approximately:
S=(53*1000/200)*0.93=246R/MIN
